The Offer Procedure

1. I will present the offer to you explaining everything thoroughly and answering any questions you may have. I will clarify any concerns or questions you have with the buyer's Realtor and advise you immediately.

2. After all our questions and concerns are answered by the buyer's Agent, we will discuss the offer and decide to accept the offer, reject it or counter the offer.

3. Items to pay special attention to:
a. Interest rate should be close to prevailing rates.
b. Is the buyer pre-qualified or better, pre-approved?
c. Who is paying for escrow & title fees?
d. Is it a VA offer? With these offers, the seller is expected to pay additional costs. Are these costs capped?
e. What is the length of escrow?
