7. Provide additional exposure by hanging a professional sign, lock box and brochure mailbox on your property.
8. Make sure buyers who submit offers are all pre-qualified.
9. Follow-up for feedback from Realtors after all showings.
10. Be available to you to answer any questions or handle any details.
11. Provide special attention to tenants to ensure that they will want to remain in the property until escrow closes.
