2. Show your home to qualified buyers. We work with a variety of lenders to pre-qualify buyers.
3. Input your property into the Multiple Listing Service. This alerts all Brokers and agents to the features and upgrades of your home.
4. Advertise your home in the San Diego Union Tribune, The House Trader, The San Diego Reader and Military focused publications.
5. Advertise your home (with color photo) on the Internet. Nearly 40% of our 1998 sales came through the Union-Tribune and our web site @http://www.dhrealty.com/.
6. Distribute flyers (with color photo) to Military housing offices, to co-operating Brokers and on the sign post in front of your property.
7. Send postcards to local residents who are (or know) potential buyers for your home.
8. Show the property to Realtors via a Broker Caravan. This enables them to personally see what is being advertised.
9. Work with tenant occupied properties to keep the tenants as satisfied as possible and any 'lost rents' to a minimum during the escrow period.
10. Lastly, our Transaction Coordinator, Dawn Youtsey, with 12 years of experience, will follow all the details of your escrow until the closing.
