4. What is my property worth? What listing price do you recommend? How did you arrive at that price? May I have a copy of the comparables in your market analysis?
5. If I choose to do a tax-deferred exchange, are you able to handle such a transaction?
6. In what ways will you encourage other Realtors to sell my home?
7. Do you follow up with other agents for feed-back after showings?
8. Do you have references I may check?
9. Are you a member of the Multiple Listings Service?
10. Will my property be exposed on the Internet to millions of buyers?
